This is your opportunity to step into a fast-paced, results-driven sales office that values initiative, autonomy, and attention to detail. As an Agent Support professional, you’ll play a key role in driving success while building a strong foundation for long-term growth in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Administration functions to support the appraisal, listing, marketing and sales activity;
• Coordinating all marketing bookings and materials as well as proofing material with absolute accuracy;
• Intensive database management including entry integrity as well as contact, calendar and task management;
• Manage listing campaigns;
• Provision of weekly vendor reports for the agent's listings;
• Self-managing day to day tasks; and
• Providing professional communication to clients and providing a positive end to end experience.

Skills & Experience

Your skills will make a difference. We’re after someone with the following skills and attributes:

• Previous experience administration is essential, and previous experience in real estate is highly advantageous;
• Possess exceptional computer skills in database operation and Microsoft Office package;
• Exceptional attention to detail, organisation and time management skills;
• Excellent communication skills; and
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.
