About the Role

- In this fast-paced, rewarding role, you will be;

• Someone who is driven by customer-centric, fast-paced environments and a strong focus in sales;
• Build lasting relationships with buyers and sellers while delivering exceptional service;
• Overseeing key processes including the listing-settlement;
• Driving lead generation and prospecting activities;
• Support clients in leveraging their property to achieve their financial and real-estate goals;
• Assisting with open homes and deliver engaging, memorable private property showings;
• Saturday availability is essential;
• Supporting Auction campaigns, including Auction Day activities;
• Scheduling and coordinating client meetings;
• Maintain accurate and well-organised client databases.

Skills and Experience:

• Valid QLD Sales Registration and a Driver’s Licence;
• Real Estate Sales experience highly advantageous;
• Understanding end-end processes from listing-settlement;
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to perform under pressure;
• A proactive, can-do mindset and the ability to multitask;
• A committed and driven team player who’s passionate about delivering outstanding results!
