Previous real estate experience is desirable, but we are open to training up a strong administrator with a positive, can-do attitude. You will be available to work full-time completing all duties whilst ensuring a positive customer experience from front of house. 
  
What will the day-to-day look like?

• Greet and provide exceptional customer service to all Customers, Clients & Colleagues;
• Receive and delegate all incoming calls with knowledge and confidence;
• Manage and maintain the meeting rooms bookings, calendar, and cleanliness/upkeep;
• Assisting with the preparation of Form 6s, Contracts and Marketing, including processing such documents;
• Support both sales and property management functions in an administrative and compliance capacity; and
• Contribute to the role with new ideas and identify new opportunities to improve client satisfaction.

 
What skills and experience do I need?

• 1-2 years of prior real estate experience or administration would be highly advantageous;
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail;
• Passion and desire to help others succeed;
• Professional presentation with strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Confidence in working with Microsoft Office; and
• Ability to adapt and be flexible.
