This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in welcoming and training new team members across multiple offices. The right person is someone who is warm, nurturing with strong organisation skills. 

What will the day-to-day look like?

• Welcoming new staff and ensuring they feel at home from day one.
• Guide new and existing team members through our comprehensive Place Way training program, including REX, Engage, Irealty, Agent Flow, and more.
• Collaborate with HR to facilitate a seamless onboarding process, from computer setup to office tours and introductions.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance our onboarding and training processes, ensuring every team member has the tools they need to succeed.
• Spend the initial weeks with new staff, providing ongoing support and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture

What skills and experience do I need?

• Previous experience in Real Estate or onboarding roles preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for mentoring others.
• Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Familiarity with real estate systems or willingness to learn.
• Proactive attitude and a drive to constantly improve processes.
