An exciting opportunity is available for a Property Manager to join Place New Farm. You will be part of a fun team that has an array of valuable experience and that prides themselves on strong customer service for their clientele. We provide support to all our PMs with a full leasing team, field services team for out of office inspections, a trust accountant and even general administration support.
  
The team at Place New Farm is looking for an experienced Property Manager who has a desire to build and nurture relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
  
THE ROLE

Your typical day will include, but is not limited to, the following:

• Managing your own property portfolio, by providing timely responses to your clientele.
• Utilising our state-of-the-art technology systems to support prompt communication, i.e. Tapi, Airtable, IRE, Ignite, PME, IE, which empower you to manage the leases, maintenance and workflows required in this position.
• Collaborating with a supportive team of colleagues that want to grow together.
• Dedication to joining a team geared for “Growth” and ready to achieve
  results across our prestigious network of Place Offices.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Hold a current Queensland Salespersons Registration.
• 1-3 years’ experience as a Property Manager.
• A current valid QLD Driver’s License.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
• Experience using PM Tech (our system noted above), with a can-do attitude to embrace new technologies as they evolve.
• Ability and willingness to adapt to the fast-paced environment.
• A genuine love of Property Management and People.
