The role will see you excel within the foundations of the role building great practices for your career into the future. The role requires the successful candidate to be available and work full-time. Based in the Western suburbs of Brisbane.

We are seeking 12 months grounding in a similar role and proven care and capability in customer service is essential. We are looking for someone with a professional approach and engaging personality who is a budding property management professional!

Your typical day will include, but is not limited to:

• Reception and general office duties including administrative support to the
  property managers and actively participating in training opportunities
• Supporting Property Managers to better manage their portfolios.
• Providing excellent customer service, including assisting walk-in clients.
• Responsible for lease renewals, tenant application process, arranging routine inspections, sending completed inspection reports to our owners and arrears management.
• Assist the Senior Property Manager in processing bond refunds and necessary documentation for handover.
• Other administrative tasks and projects as directed by the Senior Property Manager.

About You:

• Previous experience within a similar role or a real estate customer service role
• Current Real Estate Registration Certificate
• Professional presentation and high-level communication skills
• Excellent time management and the ability to work efficiently
• Exceptional people skills and the drive to ensure all clients receive the best
experience
• Very detail focused and works well in a team environment
• Computer proficiency
• Access to reliable vehicle
