An exciting opportunity has become available for someone looking to join Place as a full-time Property Manager / Field Agent. Place is one of Brisbane’s premiere agencies and our Woolloongabba office is dynamic and growing. This position will see you working and growing alongside our high-performing Property Management department, while being mentored by our seasoned Team Leader along the way.

We are looking for someone who can bring along a can-do-attitude, upholds a professional approach to their work and wants to build a long-lasting career in Property Management with Place.

So, whether you’re a seasoned professional or you are starting your journey, we want to hear from you! As our Property Manager / Field Agent, you will:

• Oversee a small yet established portfolio of properties all within proximity to Woolloongabba
• Participate in duties including, but not limited to; ongoing management, repairs, maintenance, arrears management and lease renewals
• Use your client centric mindset and strong communication skills to nurture relationships with landlords and tenants alike
• Complete routine inspections and reporting
• Complete physical entry and vacate reports (e.g., written report, photos, update PM database, virtual tour of property)
• Complete onboarding forms, recording the assets at the property and handover condition for all new business properties
• Attend any ad hoc out of office appointments (i.e., meeting valuers at properties for valuations, dropping and collecting lockboxes to properties, re-inspecting of vacate items after tenant has attended)
• Support the Property Management Team Leader and wider team with additional administrative tasks

About you:

• You have experience in and a passion for Property Management
• You hold a current QLD Sales Registration Certificate (or are in the final stages of completing)
• Hold a current QLD Drivers Licence with access to a reliable vehicle
• You have a can-do attitude and a willingness to work through problem solving
• You pride yourself on quality and timely service delivery
• You have a genuine interest in looking to grow and develop your Property Management career at Place
