Place Estate Agents is offering an exciting opportunity for a Sales Associate to join us! This role is perfect for someone eager to grow, develop their skills, and work under the direction of the three co-principles with a strong market presence.
 
The successful candidate will be a process driven individual with a passion for organisation and team accountability. Role and Responsibilities:

• Connect with potential buyers and sellers through proactive prospecting
• Guide buyers through their property journey
• Showcase properties through open homes and private inspections
• Coordinate meetings that create meaningful client relationships
• Maintain our client database with precision
• Support property presentation through photoshoots and staging
• Facilitate essential inspections and evaluations

Skills and Experience:

• Valid QLD Sales Registration & Driver's License
• Sales experience in the Real Estate industry
• Proven experience in maintaining high levels of client care
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure
• A strong multitasker, accustomed to managing a high workload
• A committed team player, always pushing for the best outcomes.
