About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operator Maintainer – Electrical to join our team at Yarnima Power Station.
Yarnima Power station consists of 3 x Siemens SGT-800 Gas Turbines, 3 x Heat recovery steam generators, and 2 Siemens SST-400 condensing steam turbines with a combined generation capacity of up to 190MW. Yarnima Power Station supplies power to the township of Newman and all BHP mines within the East Pilbara. The role is a FIFO position working day shift only on an 8 days on and 6 days off roster based out of Perth or Busselton.
As an Operator Maintainer - Electrical you will form part of our multi-disciplinary team. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of the plant, including routine, preventative, corrective, and reactive tasks. This is a hands-on role where you will contribute directly to plant reliability, performance, and continuous improvement.
