We're seeking an experienced
HR Business Partner to join a values-driven organisation based in
Lismore. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on, generalist HR role and enjoys working closely with leaders to drive positive people outcomes.
About the Role As a trusted advisor, you will partner with managers and leaders across the organisation to provide strategic and operational HR support. You'll play a key role in delivering people initiatives, supporting workforce planning, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring best-practice people management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert HR advice and coaching to leaders
- Managing employee relations matters, including performance, conduct and workplace investigations
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning activities
- Assisting with organisational change initiatives and projects
- Contributing to policy development and HR process improvements
- Supporting learning and development initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and industrial instruments
- Analysing people data and providing insights to support decision-making
About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Previous experience in a HR Business Partner, HR Advisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and contemporary HR practices
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication, coaching and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
