We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded leader to join our client's organisation as a Commercial & Property Manager.

Reporting to a senior executive and leading a team of four, this role is responsible for identifying and delivering commercial opportunities, optimising a diverse property portfolio, and developing strategies that drive long-term value and sustainable revenue outcomes.

About the Role:

As Commercial & Property Manager, you will:

• Lead the strategic management of a diverse property portfolio, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, licences and development opportunities.
• Identify and assess commercial opportunities, partnerships and investment initiatives.
• Develop business cases and commercial propositions that support organisational growth and revenue generation.
• Negotiate and manage commercial agreements and stakeholder relationships.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of four professionals.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislative, governance and contractual requirements.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to maximise asset performance and commercial returns.
• Manage commercial and property-related risks.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across commercial and property functions.

About You:

You are a commercially astute leader with a track record of delivering successful commercial and property outcomes.

You will bring:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Property, Finance or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in commercial management, property portfolio management, business development, investment, asset management or a related field.
• Strong commercial acumen and financial analysis capabilities.
• Experience developing and implementing strategic plans and commercial initiatives.
• Demonstrated success negotiating complex commercial arrangements and stakeholder outcomes.
• Exceptional communication, relationship management and influencing skills.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to navigate complex environments.
