We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Administrator to provide temporary support within a busy aged care facility in Ballina.
This is a full-time temporary position working 5 days per week in the office, with the potential for the role to become permanent for the right candidate.
About the Role:
Working as part of a supportive team, you will provide general administrative and reception support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the facility. Duties may include:
General administration and office support
Reception and phone enquiries
Data entry and record management
Assisting residents, families, and visitors
Supporting the wider team with daily operations
About You:
We are looking for someone who is:
An experienced admin all-rounder
Friendly, professional, and compassionate
Organised with strong attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office and office systems
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Positive, reliable, and adaptable
Previous experience in aged care, healthcare, or a similar environment will be highly regarded. What’s on Offer
