About the Opportunity:
As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in supporting leaders through insightful financial analysis, strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
You’ll partner closely with operational leaders to provide commercial insights, improve financial capability, and support informed decision-making across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Delivering insightful monthly reporting and performance analysis
- Partnering with leaders to improve financial outcomes and operational performance
- Supporting business cases, investment proposals, and strategic initiatives
- Building financial models and providing data-driven insights
- Driving process improvement and enhancing reporting capability
- Coaching non-financial stakeholders to build commercial understanding
About You:
You are a proactive and solutions-focused finance professional who enjoys partnering with people and influencing outcomes.
You’ll bring:
- CA or CPA qualification
- Strong experience in finance, business partnering or commercial finance
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Experience translating complex financial information into practical insights
- A collaborative mindset and desire to contribute beyond the numbers
Experience working across complex or multi-site environments will be highly regarded.
