What You’ll Be Doing:

Property & Tenancy Management

• Manage rental collections and arrears with accuracy and care
• Complete tenancy sign-ups, condition reports, lease administration, and exits
• Coordinate property maintenance to ensure homes are safe and compliant
• Maintain accurate tenancy and property data across systems
• Represent matters at Tribunal/Court where required

Client Support & Engagement

• Build strong, respectful relationships with tenants
• Provide guidance to support sustainable tenancies
• Ensure fair and transparent allocation processes
• Collaborate with support agencies and key stakeholders

Operations & Compliance

• Deliver high-quality reporting and administrative support
• Ensure compliance with legislation and internal policies
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and positive team environment

About You

• Previous experience in property or tenancy management
• Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
• Confident using systems and managing data accurately
• Excellent communication skills with a calm, empathetic approach
• Highly organised with strong problem-solving ability
