Return Work Specialist

We’re looking for a driven Return Work Specialist who thrives on helping people recover, rebuild confidence, and successfully return to work.
In this role, you’ll be at the centre of injury management and wellbeing—working with employees, leaders, and health professionals to deliver practical, people-first outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage workers compensation cases end-to-end
• Drive early intervention and return-to-work outcomes
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, medical providers, and leaders
• Develop practical, tailored RTW plans that actually work
• Support wellbeing initiatives and proactive health programs

What You Bring

• Experience in injury management, workers compensation, or RTW
• Strong understanding of NSW workers compensation frameworks
• Confident communicator who can influence and build trust
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple cases
• A genuine passion for helping people and delivering outcomes

What You Need

• Relevant qualification in HR, WHS, Rehab or similar (or equivalent experience)
• RTW Coordinator certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Current driver licence
