About the Role We are seeking a commercially astute and strategically minded Commercial Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and provide executive-level financial insight to support business growth.

This role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and partners closely with leadership to drive performance, profitability, and long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities: 

Strategic Financial Leadership

• Support the development and execution of financial strategy aligned with company objectives
• Provide high-level financial analysis and insights to the executive team
• Contribute to long-term financial planning and forecasting

Financial Management & Reporting

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Manage audits and liaise with external advisors

Commercial & Operational Support

• Partner with department heads to improve financial performance
• Analyse margins, pricing strategies, and cost structures
• Identify growth opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
• Drive process improvements and financial system optimisation

Leadership & Governance

• Lead and develop the finance team
• Establish strong financial controls and governance frameworks
• Support capital investment, funding, and financing initiatives

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/CPA preferred)
• 5+ years in senior finance roles with exposure to strategic finance
• Strong commercial acumen and business partnering experience
• Proven experience in financial modelling and strategic planning
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
