About the Role:

The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, and talent processes. You’ll work closely with leadership and employees to help maintain a positive, organised, and compliant workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
• Coordinate training, performance review, and engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws
• Provide general HR administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an HR or administrative role preferred
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office (or similar tools)
