Office based role in Indooroopilly
Our client, a well-established disability service provider based in Indooroopilly, is seeking an organised and reliable Administration Assistant to join their friendly team.
About the Role This is a varied position where you’ll support both operational and administrative functions across the organisation. You’ll play a key role in keeping systems accurate, assisting Service Delivery Managers, and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Populating and maintaining employee profiles across.
Generating invoices for services.
Performing general administrative duties such as answering calls, managing enquiries, and providing office support.
Assisting Service Delivery Managers in scheduling support workers for care rosters.
Managing the Admin email inbox efficiently and professionally.
About You You are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. You bring strong administrative experience, and have strong IT skills.
You will also have:
Proven experience in administration.
Excellent communication and organisation skills.
A positive, can-do attitude and team-oriented mindset.
