Your focus will be on service excellence, compliance, staff leadership, and continuous improvement — and you’ll play a key part in shaping outcomes for clients and the broader program.
This position is available for an
immediate start on a
temporary basis, with strong potential to transition to
permanent employment.
What you’ll be doing Your day-to-day will blend leadership, operational oversight and community impact, including:

- Overseeing case planning, reviews, service planning, and client outcomes

- Handling feedback, complaints, consultation processes and continuous improvement initiatives
What you’ll bring - Qualification in Individual Support, Leadership/Management, or significant experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership experience in community services, mental health, assisted living or similar sectors
- Experience supporting clients with complex needs — including mental health, trauma, crisis and physical support requirements
- Confidence managing budgets, contracts, and KPIs
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Current Driver’s Licence, NDIS Worker Screening / Yellow Card (QLD), and a satisfactory Police Check
Why this role stands out This is one of those roles where you can genuinely shape a service, elevate a team, and influence client outcomes in a really meaningful way. If you’re driven by purpose and love leading people toward shared success, you’ll thrive here.
Plus, with the potential to move into a permanent leadership position, it’s a fantastic opportunity to make your mark.
