Our client is on the lookout for an experienced and compassionate

temporary basis, with the strong possibility of becoming
permanent for the right person.
What you’ll be doing In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat of service delivery. Your days will involve:
- Managing a varied caseload while keeping everything aligned with budgets and program guidelines
- Developing individual support plans that truly reflect each person’s goals and needs
- Coordinating a range of supports — from personal care to community participation — to ensure clients receive seamless, quality assistance
- Conducting assessments, reviews, and ongoing monitoring of client progress
- Working closely with families, carers, allied health providers, and other key stakeholders
- Contributing to continuous improvement, quality systems, and positive cultural change
- Providing day-to-day leadership, mentoring, and guidance to team members
- Maintaining meticulous, confidential client records and ensuring compliance with safety and service standards
What you’ll bring - Cert IV in a relevant field or significant industry experience
- Experience supporting people with complex needs (behavioural, medical, psychosocial)
- Strong assessment, planning, coordination, and advocacy capability
- Exceptional communication, teamwork, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to juggle competing priorities with confidence and calm
- Current Driver’s Licence, WWCC (NSW), NDIS Worker Screening, and National Police Check
- A detail-oriented, compassionate approach to all aspects of your work
