Our client is seeking an experienced Senior People & Culture Business Partner to join our People, Culture & Change team on a short– to long-term contract. This role offers an immediate start, flexible working days, and part-time options.

About the Role:

You will lead day-to-day People & Culture operations and partner with managers across the organisation. Key areas include HR/IR advice, performance management, recruitment support, workforce planning, investigations, and change management. You will also lead a small P&C team and contribute to organisational improvement and culture.

What You’ll Bring:

• HR qualification + 3+ years’ experience
• Strong HR/IR advisory experience
• Confident in performance, conduct and grievance processes
• Excellent communication, judgement and relationship-building skills
• Driver’s licence + satisfactory criminal record check
