We are seeking a
female DFV Case Manager to join the team in Tweed Heads on a temporary basis, working full-time hours from Monday to Friday. This is an
in-office position, with
occasional travel possible. A company vehicle is available when required. No regular travel is expected.

About the RoleAs a
DFV Case Manager, you’ll be providing trauma-informed, person-centred support to women and families impacted by domestic and family violence. You’ll be engaging clients through assessment, safety planning, case coordination, advocacy, and connecting them with wrap-around services that help them feel safe, supported and empowered.
You’ll be part of a collaborative, values-driven team that is genuinely committed to positive and lasting change.
What We’re Looking ForYou will thrive in this role if you bring:
- Experience as a Case Manager working in Women’s Domestic & Family Violence
- A deep understanding of trauma-informed practice
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex client needs
- Confidence engaging with other service providers to deliver holistic, coordinated support
- Respect, empathy and the ability to build trust with people from diverse backgrounds
Essential Criteria - This position is identified for a female under the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (exception #48, section 31)
- Qualification in social science or related field, OR specialised skills relevant to the role
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Working With Children Check (NSW)
- Satisfactory National Criminal History Check
- Experience in casework within a related field
- Experience working respectfully with Aboriginal people and communities
- Demonstrated experience in case planning and coordinating support for individuals with complex needs
