Temporary Contract – 1 Month (Possible Extension)

Are you an experienced quality and compliance professional looking for your next opportunity in the health sector? Our client, a leading organisation dedicated to improving health outcomes across the community, is seeking a Quality, Compliance and Risk Coordinator to join their high-performing team on a short-term contract with potential for extension.

About the Role:

In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating the maintenance and continual improvement of organisational systems relating to quality, regulatory compliance and risk. Acting as the organisation’s Complaints Officer and Privacy Officer, you’ll ensure adherence to key governance, accreditation and privacy frameworks.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and maintaining quality management systems and supporting ISO accreditation processes (9001 and 27001).
• Coordinating internal audits and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Overseeing risk management frameworks, compliance registers and privacy obligations.
• Providing expert advice to leadership and staff to promote a culture of accountability, safety and quality.

About You:

You’re a detail-oriented and proactive professional with:

• Demonstrated experience in quality, risk and compliance coordination.
• Strong understanding of governance, accreditation and privacy requirements.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Teams.

Experience within the healthcare or government sector and relevant tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded.
