We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join a growing disability services organisation based in Indooroopilly, Brisbane. This position begins as a temporary contract to cover leave but has the strong potential to become permanent as the organisation continues its exciting growth phase.

About the Role

As the Service Delivery Manager, you will:

• Oversee and lead a team delivering high-quality disability support services.
• Ensure compliance with NDIS standards and organisational policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
• Manage staffing, rostering, and resources to ensure smooth operations.
