The Role:
  
As the Finance Manager, you will lead a small and motivated finance team, overseeing day-to-day financial operations and contributing to strategic financial planning. Your responsibilities will include budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.  You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to a mission-driven NFP organisation.
  
About You:

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a small team
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
