Our client is a values-based disability and nursing care provider committed to delivering exceptional, person-centred support to NDIS participants. With continued growth and a strong community presence, we’re seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Client Services & Intake Lead to help shape the future of disability services—starting with the first hello.

About the Role:

As the Client Services & Intake Lead, you'll be the frontline force behind welcoming new clients and building trusted community referral pathways. You’ll combine your sector knowledge with outstanding communication and engagement skills to assess, guide and facilitate the intake process—ensuring every participant receives the care they need, when and how they need it.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and manage all new client enquiries, referrals and initial engagement.
• Build strong networks with external referrers, Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, Allied Health, and community groups.
• Develop our client’s marketing and social media presence to promote services.
• Identify service suitability, escalate risks, and contribute to service planning with internal teams.
• Collaborate with clinical and care staff to ensure seamless service commencement.
• Support ongoing quality improvement through surveys, data analysis and feedback reporting.

About You:

You’re a confident communicator and a natural connector. You understand the NDIS and thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment. You’re proactive, organised, and have a genuine desire to support individuals with disability to live their best lives.

You’ll Bring:

• Experience in a similar role (NDIS/disability sector preferred)
• Strong understanding of NDIS intake, funding, and service delivery
• Ability to manage competing priorities with empathy and efficiency
• Current Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
