We’re seeking a P&C Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver impactful people and culture initiatives across a diverse and purpose-led organisation.
About the Role:
In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of strategic and operational HR services. Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead initiatives across employee engagement, workforce strategy, organisational design, inclusion, and employee relations. You’ll also work closely with leaders across the business to shape structure, capability, and culture that support long-term success.
