The Opportunity:

We’re seeking a Senior Manager, People and Culture to lead a high-performing team and deliver impactful people and culture initiatives across a diverse and purpose-led organisation.
About the Role:
In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of strategic and operational HR services. Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead initiatives across employee engagement, workforce strategy, organisational design, inclusion, and employee relations. You’ll also work closely with leaders across the business to shape structure, capability, and culture that support long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and execution of workforce strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Oversee all aspects of HR service delivery, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Advise and coach leaders on best-practice people management and change initiatives.
- Champion inclusion, wellbeing, and engagement across the workforce.
- Manage complex employee and industrial relations matters and compliance requirements.
- Optimise HR technologies and deliver data-driven insights to inform people's decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement and build workforce capability and resilience.
About You:
You’re an experienced HR leader passionate about building inclusive, high-performing cultures. You balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and thrive in fast-paced, purpose-driven environments.
What You’ll Bring: - Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
- Extensive senior HR experience, ideally in complex or geographically dispersed organisations.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, industrial relations and WHS legislation.
- Proven ability to coach and influence senior stakeholders and resolve complex issues.
- Expertise in organisational design, workforce strategy and employee engagement.
- Experience with HRIS platforms and data-informed decision making.
