As the P&C Team Leader, you will guide, coach, and mentor a dedicated team of People & Culture Advisors and Officers in delivering high quality HR services.

About the Role
As the P&C Team Leader, you’ll lead the delivery of operational HR services across the organisation. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will build organisational capability, drive performance, and coach your team to embed a true service delivery culture.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading a team of P&C professionals to deliver end-to-end employee services and HR initiatives.
• Providing HR support across the employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, employee relations, policy, recruitment, and performance management.
• Partnering with leaders to build high-performing teams and cultivate a values-aligned, results-focused workplace culture.
• Overseeing HR data and reporting to support evidence-based decision-making.
• Ensuring consistency and compliance with HR frameworks, policies, and industrial instruments.

About You
To succeed in this role, you’ll be a confident and compassionate leader with a hands-on approach and a passion for developing others. You’ll also bring:

• A tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Organisational Development or similar.
• Extensive experience in a senior HR role with team leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, industrial awards, and contemporary HR practices.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to translate ideas into practical outcomes.
