We are seeking an Operations Lead (Clinical) to oversee and develop a team of 30 multidisciplinary professionals conducting virtual assessments for aged care and DVA clients across Australia. Based at the southern end of the Gold Coast, this full-time, office-based leadership role reports to the Operations Manager and plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of clinical operations.

About the Role

• Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team of Registered Nurses, Social Workers, and Allied Health professionals across four key divisions: Virtual Assessments, Veterans, Triage, and Delegation.
• Drive team performance by setting clear goals, coaching staff to meet their KPIs, and supporting their professional growth.
• Develop and implement a 12-month operational plan that aligns with business-wide strategic objectives, ensuring measurable success and continuous improvement.
• Influence and problem-solve as you transition the team into a new model of working, ensuring buy-in and a smooth shift to a more effective structure.
• Engage with key external stakeholders including government bodies, industry partners, suppliers, and subcontractors at local, state, and national levels.
• Be a champion for a high-performance, supportive culture, fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation within the team.

About You

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, Allied Health professional, or Social Worker.
• Strong experience in leading, mentoring, and developing multidisciplinary teams.
• A commercial mindset, with the ability to drive operational efficiencies and align team objectives with strategic business goals.
• Exceptional leadership, influencing, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to guide teams through change and inspire high performance.
• Proven ability to build relationships with external stakeholders and represent the organisation with professionalism and impact.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a commitment to continuous improvement and best practice.
