Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for making a difference? Join a respected aged care provider in Ballina as a Marketing & Communications Officer, where you’ll bring to life the stories of our client's residents, families, and community.
About the Role In this dynamic role, you’ll play a key part in enhancing brand awareness and engagement through compelling content. Your responsibilities will include:
Interviewing residents and families to share their unique experiences and stories.
Creating and writing content for newsletters, websites, and social media.
Managing social media updates and stories to engage our community.
Producing content for our monthly magazine, ensuring an informative and heartfelt read.
Updating the website with fresh and engaging content.
Supporting brand awareness initiatives to enhance our reputation and community connection.
About You You’re a natural communicator with a creative flair for storytelling. You thrive in a people-focused environment and have a strong ability to connect with others.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
Experience in marketing, communications, and/or content creation.
Strong writing and storytelling skills.
Social media management experience
Basic website management skills (WordPress or similar).
A warm and empathetic approach when engaging with residents and families.
