About the Role
In this dynamic role, you’ll play a key part in enhancing brand awareness and engagement through compelling content. Your responsibilities will include:

• Interviewing residents and families to share their unique experiences and stories.
• Creating and writing content for newsletters, websites, and social media.
• Managing social media updates and stories to engage our community.
• Producing content for our monthly magazine, ensuring an informative and heartfelt read.
• Updating the website with fresh and engaging content.
• Supporting brand awareness initiatives to enhance our reputation and community connection.

About You
You’re a natural communicator with a creative flair for storytelling. You thrive in a people-focused environment and have a strong ability to connect with others.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Experience in marketing, communications, and/or content creation.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills.
• Social media management experience 
• Basic website management skills (WordPress or similar).
• A warm and empathetic approach when engaging with residents and families.
