About the Role
As the Administration Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality administrative support to a busy team. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Data entry and database management
Electronic filing and document control
Drafting and formatting reports, correspondence, and presentations
Assisting with event coordination and logistics
Handling phone and email inquiries in a professional manner
Maintaining office organisation
Supporting team members with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in an administrative role
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in your work
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
Strong written and verbal communication skill
