The Opportunity:

• Shape Strategy: Work closely with co-founders to build, evolve, and execute the Go-To-Market Broker sales strategy, covering everything from target segmentation to building key relationships with lenders, aggregators, and other broker partners.
• Lead& Manage Sales team: Develop a top-tier sales and customer support function, ensuring every team member understands the platform deeply and delivers consistent, quality service.
• Drive Customer Growth: You’ll play a key role in customer acquisition, utilisation, and retention—contributing to my client’s growth and profitability.

• Industry Experience: 5-10 years in SME lending, either as a broker or in a business development role within a fintech or commercial lending.
• Proven Track Record: You’ve successfully executed sales strategies and achieved commercial outcomes.
• Relationship Builder: A highly developed network in the broking and SME lending industry.
• Hands-On Leader: With a strong balance of relationship-building and tech-savvy skills, you’re ready to roll up your sleeves in a fast-paced environment.
