Key Responsibilities:
�� Accounts Payable & Receivable Management – Efficiently process invoices, payments, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
�� Corporate Systems & Processes – Work within enterprise-level financial systems to manage transactions and reporting.
�� Bank & General Ledger Reconciliations – Ensure accurate and timely financial records across multiple accounts.
�� Financial Reporting & Compliance – Assist in financial reporting, accruals, prepayments, and adherence to compliance standards.
�� Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement – Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve financial queries and streamline processes.
�� Process Improvement – Contribute to enhancing financial workflows and system efficiencies.
About You:
✔ Experience in AP/AR or a similar finance role in a corporate setting.
✔ Familiarity with corporate business systems such as SAP, Oracle.
✔ Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with attention to detail.
✔ Ability to work in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
✔ Strong communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
✔ Knowledge of GST, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance is an advantage.
