We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a purpose-driven organisation for a short-term contract (6-8 weeks). This is an immediate start opportunity, working full-time, five days per week in the Robina office.

About the Role
As a HR Advisor, you’ll play a key role in providing generalist HR support across the business. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing advice on HR policies, procedures & employment legislation
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding & contract management
• Assisting with employee relations & workplace investigations
• Managing HR documentation & compliance requirements
• Supporting HR projects & initiatives

About You
You’re an experienced HR professional with strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can hit the ground running.

What You’ll Bring:

• Previous experience in an HR Advisor or HR Coordinator role
• Strong knowledge of employment law & HR policies
• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality
