The Opportunity 
An opportunity for an experienced National Start-Up Manager to oversee the setup and opening of new early learning centres across Australia. Based in Brisbane, you'll manage regulatory approvals, coordinate projects and centre fit-outs, and work closely with construction, operations and leadership teams to ensure each new service is ready to open.

Requirements 

• Minimum 5 years' experience in ECEC management, operations or new centre start-ups. 
• Strong knowledge of the NQF, National Law and Regulations. 
• Experience with service approvals, regulatory compliance and centre operations.  
• Strong project management, organisational and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets and stakeholders 
• Experience working with construction teams, contractors and regulatory authorities 
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities 
• Willingness to travel nationally 
• Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education
