The Opportunity 
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Centre Director to lead an established, well-supported centre. You’ll lead a passionate team, build strong relationships with families and the community, and take ownership of the day-to-day operations. With an Educational Leader, 2IC, administration support and experienced operational leaders around you.

Requirements 

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or higher 
• Previous experience as a Centre Director or Nominated Supervisor 
• Strong knowledge of compliance, NQS and EYLF 
• Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates 
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills 
• A confident, people-focused leader who can set clear expectations and drive quality outcomes
