The Centre 
This established OSHC service in Ipswich operates as part of an independent school community, providing before school, after school and vacation care for children from Prep to Year 6. The service has a strong focus on providing a safe and supportive environment, with engaging programs that encourage children's learning, development, and wellbeing. 
 
The Opportunity 
This is an opportunity for an experienced OSHC Coordinator to join a supportive, well-structured service. Working closely with a strong team, you will oversee daily operations, programming, and team development while building positive relationships and delivering a safe, high-quality program

Requirements 

• Diploma or Advanced Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent 
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Nominated Supervisor within OSHC or vacation Care 
• Experience leading educators and managing rosters 
• Strong knowledge of the NQF and service compliance requirements 
• Understanding of the CCS system and relevant software requirements 
• Working knowledge of WHS requirements
