The role is administration-based and involves supporting the Senior Stock Controller with daily operations and stock management tasks, across multiple premium brands based at their Doncaster dealership.

PACKAGE & BENEFITS
• $65,000 + Super + Commissions
• OTE up to $70,000
• Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 5:00pm

ABOUT THE ROLE
Based at their Doncaster dealership, you will assist in managing vehicle stock across several locations.
You will play a key role in ensuring vehicle inventory, registrations, compliance and deliveries are managed accurately and efficiently to support the wider dealership operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and monitor vehicle inventory across multiple sites
• Track all vehicle arrivals, departures and inter-site transfers
• Maintain accurate stock records and internal systems
• Coordinate vehicle registrations and compliance requirements
• Liaise with sales departments, service teams and suppliers
• Ensure vehicles are prepared and ready for customer handover
• Handle vehicle documentation and delivery paperwork
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies efficiently
• Support operational improvements and process efficiency
