One of Melbourne's largest privately-owned Dealership Groups are currently seeking a driven Parts Interpreter who strives to be a part of an industry leading team in the service sector at their Ballarat location. 
This is an exciting opportunity available for someone to work alongside the Parts team. The successful applicant must possess a high level of self-motivation, professionalism, and excellent customer service skills. This role would be ideal for someone who is looking to take the next step in their automotive career.

This exciting role involves:

• Front counter and phone sales experience
• Sourcing parts experience
• Completing warranties and customer returns
• Preparing quotes & providing technical advice
• Stock ordering and merchandising
• General housekeeping of the show room

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Excellent phone manner 
• The motivation to succeed and meet sales targets
• The ability to be the main point of contact for customers and consistent delivery of exceptional customer service 
• Competent computer skills, invoices, ordering parts and relevant paperwork when required
• Must have a current driver’s licence
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills
• Strong work ethic and impeccable personal presentation
• Work well in a team environment
• Have a professional and friendly manner with excellent customer relations and communication skills
• Conscientious and motivated attitude, with an eye for detail
