Automotive Stock Controller | Premium Multi-Brand Dealership – Doncaster
Join a well-established, premium dealership where teamwork, organisation and attention to detail are highly valued. We’re looking for an experienced Stock Controller to support our Senior Stock Controller across multiple brands based in Doncaster. 
In this role, you’ll help manage vehicle stock across their Doncaster, South Yarra and Brighton locations, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From tracking vehicle movements and maintaining accurate systems, to coordinating deliveries, registrations and compliance, you’ll play an important part in keeping operations efficient and stress-free for the wider team.

• Market leading base salary (negotiable for right candidate) + Super + Commissions
• Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 5:00pm

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee vehicle inventory across multiple sites 
• Monitor all vehicle movements including arrivals, departures and inter-site transfers
• Maintain accurate stock records across internal systems and ensure data integrity
• Coordinate vehicle registrations, deliveries and compliance requirements
• Liaise with sales, service departments and external suppliers to support daily operations
• Ensure all vehicles are prepared, presented and ready for customer handover
• Manage vehicle documentation, including compliance paperwork and delivery packs
• Identify and resolve stock discrepancies in a timely manner
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in an automotive stock control role
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Comfortable working across multiple sites and systems (based at the Doncaster site) 
• A collaborative, reliable and proactive approach
• A friendly, approachable personality with strong people skills
