The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in driving performance, culture, and profitability across the New Vehicle department.
You will:
• Lead from the front with your own individual sales KPIs
• Work side-by-side with your team to identify, structure, and close deals
• Review daily activity and ensure every opportunity is maximised
• Drive lead management excellence through CRM discipline
• Be the “closer” — stepping in to save and structure deals when required
• Provide one-on-one coaching to elevate individual and team performance
• Remove roadblocks, build momentum, and create a winning sales culture
• Contribute strategically to dealership growth and future expansion
This is a hands-on leadership role. We are looking for someone who thrives in the trenches with their team — not someone who manages from behind a desk.
