The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and commercially minded Automotive Buyer & Valuer to support our vehicle acquisition and stock management functions. You will play a key role in sourcing, appraising, valuing, and purchasing quality vehicles that align with market demand and profitability goals. This is a hands-on role with room to grow your career and earnings in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Evaluate and appraise incoming vehicles for condition, market value and sales potential.
2. Source and negotiate vehicle purchases from private sellers, auctions, trade partners and dealer networks.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, collectors and internal sales teams.
4. Ensure accurate pricing and market-aligned buying decisions to maximise profitability.
5. Collaborate with sales, marketing and operations teams to support stock flow and targets.

About You

1. Strong commercial acumen and a keen eye for vehicle value and quality.
2. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
3. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. A passion for automotive and an interest in vehicle markets.
5. Previous automotive valuation, buying or sales experience is advantageous.
