Our client is an eco-friendly, purpose built business based in Albany who specialise in the fabrication of Granite, Quartzite, Marble and Engineered Stone kitchen bench tops.  They are the market leaders in their field with over 32 years’ experience and are looking for a Quotation Specialist to provide support to customers by preparing accurate quotes and pricing.

Working closely with the owner, you'll be required to:

• Review requests for quotes and ensure all necessary information is obtained from customers
• Create and deliver accurate and timely quotations for customers 
• Ensure all quotes are compliant with company policies and procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to customer enquiries and concerns
• Support with assisting retail clients visiting our Showroom
• Have the ability to prioritise tasks and self-manage daily workload

Experience in the stone industry is ideal, or a design background in the kitchen industry. You'll have a strong affinity with numbers, be able to read kitchen design plans, along with: 

• Strong background in sales support and customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent command of English (verbal and written) is a must as you'll be dealing with architects, designers, high end clients and suppliers
• Strong sense of maturity, self motivated
• High attention to detail

This hands-on position is perfect for someone who enjoys taking ownership, supporting, and driving revenue. This is a newly created full time permanent role, 9.00am - 5.00pm, Mon - Fri.
