Our client has been designing and manufacturing quality signage for over 40 years across all industries including retail, corporate, trade and the commercial business sector. The team is professional and hardworking with a desire to provide the best solutions to their customers. Due to growth, they are looking for a switched-on Project Administrator to join their team. The main purpose of this role is to provide effective and accurate administration and accounts support to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Working alongside the Project Managers, you’ll assist with:
Organising quotes, materials, and contractors
Scheduling installers and managing the project timeline
Customer queries (phone and email)
Client reporting
Product and machinery ordering
Database management
General administration and filing
The system used is Xero and Shop Vox
We are looking for someone who is self-managing, positive and proactive. You need to have strong administration skills coupled with the initiative and ability to multitask, work under pressure to get the job done and be:
Able to manage a busy workload with a high level of accuracy
Team focused
Computer savvy
Customer focused and confident with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly productive through excellent organisation and time management
