With exciting organisational changes underway, this is an opportunity to join a large secondary school in Stanmore Bay and provide valuable support across executive administration, school events and day-to-day operations. Our client is looking for an experienced, switched on administrator to support its busy team through to 15 December 2026.
 
This is a hands-on, varied role with a high use of Google Suite where you'll use your initiative, hit the ground running and help take the pressure off a busy team.

What you'll be doing

• Document formatting and preparing school correspondence
• Managing data entry, spreadsheets, databases and student information
• Assisting with school events, prizegivings, certificates and exam organisation
• Preparing email communications, presentations and promotional materials
• Providing additional administration support wherever priorities demand
• School system: KAMAR

What you'll bring

• Strong administration experience in a busy environment
• Excellent Microsoft Office or Google Workspace skills, particularly Word, Excel and document formatting
• Exceptional organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
• Professional written communication skills and discretion when handling confidential information
• A proactive, adaptable approach and the confidence to work independently with minimal supervision
• A positive, practical attitude, a good sense of humour and a willingness to pitch in

Experience in a school or education environment would be an advantage, but isn't essential.

• Start: As soon as possible
• Finish: 15 December 2026
• Hours: Approximately 20-25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am-12.30pm (flexible)
• Location: Stanmore Bay
• Parking: Available onsite
