Our client is a well-established and highly regarded accounting firm, known for their professionalism and strong client relationships. Due to a transition within their admin support team, they are seeking an experienced and capable Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Managing Director and Business Partner.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a pivotal role within a respected firm, with the potential for the position to become permanent.
About the Role As the EA, you will act as the primary point of contact for both clients and the internal team, delivering first-class administrative support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing email inboxes, calendars, appointments, and events
- Coordinating diaries, daily priorities, meetings, and schedules
- Organising travel, accommodation, and itineraries
- Responding to website enquiries and coordinating initial client consultations
- Drafting and refining communications, including emails, reports, and announcements
- Conducting research and preparing materials for meetings
- Attending meetings and taking notes where required
- Supporting general administration including document preparation, proofreading, and filing
- Overseeing client onboarding and billing processes, including ad hoc invoicing
- Managing scheduling and coordination of Annual Trust Meetings, including agendas and documentation
About YouYou are a proactive EA who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment. You’ll bring:
- Proven experience supporting senior stakeholders (Director level)
- A background in accounting or professional services (highly desirable)
- Working knowledge of Xero
- Experience with trust administration and the Companies Office (legal executive experience is a bonus)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communication skills and a professional, friendly approach
