5 week temp assignment | Albany location | Free parking | 30–35 hours per week

Join a well-established NZ owned signage company with 40+ years’ experience across retail, corporate, trade, and commercial sectors. We’re looking for a switched on Project Coordinator temp to cover paternity leave for 5 weeks, starting 7 April 2026.
  
What you’ll do:
Working alongside the Director and project management team, you’ll provide coordination and administration support to help ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. A varied role that requires a high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Coordinate projects and schedules with Directors and Project Managers
• Support quoting, pricing and client reporting
• Maintain Health & Safety documentation
• Schedule installers and order project-specific consumables
• Respond to customer queries via phone/email
• Maintain database and general admin
• System used: Shop Vox

About you:

• Experience in administration or customer service within signage, fit-out, construction, or a similar trade environment would be advantageous
• Proactive, approachable, willing attitude
• Natural communicator with sound written english and numeric ability
• Highly organised with excellent time management
• Confident in Microsoft Office - Excel, Outlook, Word
