Our client is a large secondary school on the Hibiscus Coast with a roll of 1800+ students from Years 7 to 13. They are looking for an experienced senior administration temp to step in and help the wider team for the first two terms of 2026.

• 9.00am – 1.00pm Mon to Fri (Term time only)
• Parking onsite
• Start next week

Reporting to the Principal's EA, this is a busy role which involves working within the admin team to support up to five Deputy Principals. Main areas of focus are: 

• Calendar/Diary management
• Document formatting 
• Organise catering
• Typing, filing and phone/email communication
• School system: KAMAR

This is a great temp assignment if you are looking for part time hours, have a senior adminstration work background and are confident using Google Suite. A high level of confidentiality, personal presentation and clear communication skills will see you succeed along with a willing/helpful attitude and common sense.
