Our client is a NZ owned licensed pharmaceutical company who provide medicine and nutritional support products to customers nationwide, operating from their head office on Auckland’s North Shore. They are committed to service excellence and are seeking a part time customer service temp to join their team for four months starting in the new year.
  
About the Role
The primary focus of this position is to support the customer service functions of the pharmacy, ensuring all customer interactions are handled with accuracy, efficiency, and care.

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and website
• Processing credit card payments
• Opening customer accounts and accurate data entry
• Liaising with couriers on deliveries
• Managing quotes and customer records

About You

• Proven customer service experience
• Confident with systems and computers
• Positive, flexible, can-do attitude
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills
• Clear written and spoken English
• Good with numbers/maths
